Annie, President
School: San Diego State University, Beta Rho Chapter
Annie Foegal serves as the KDDCAC Board President. Annie joined Kappa Delta’s Beta Rho (San Diego State) in Fall 2001. Prior to serving as president, Annie served as the Special Events Vice Chair for the alumni board.
Along with serving in Kappa Delta, Annie is an active member of the Junior League of Washington, DC. She is currently the rising co-chair of the New Member Committee. She is also a Spring 2023 graduate of their Get On Board program.
Annie is a journalist, covering campaigns, Congress, and the White House. She moved to Washington, DC in October 2019. Previously, she worked in Louisville, KY, Roanoke, VA, San Francisco, and Shreveport, LA.
Annie currently lives in northwest DC with her cat, Blue.

Morgane, Public Relations
School: North Carolina State University
Meet our accomplished alumna, Morgane Barry, a licensed title agent at Legacy Settlement Services and a law student at the University of Baltimore Law School. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond her academic and professional pursuits as she serves as the Vice President of Public Relations for the DC Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Delta and as the Recruitment Chapter Advisor for GWU Kappa Delta.
As a founding sister of Kappa Delta at North Carolina State University, Morgane has demonstrated a strong dedication to sisterhood and service.
